Competition rules differ by discipline and governing body. It is the owner's and trainer's responsibility to confirm that a product is permitted under the rules that apply to their horse.

Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors, and will refund any payment in full if we do.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capone Horse Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
