Refund policy

30-day returns

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

For the safety of every horse we serve, opened supplements cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery at carsoncapone42@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email carsoncapone42@gmail.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
